  • Get under the surface to help you engage with important issues.  Often these seem too hard to discuss ,cause anxiety and poor communication but with courage and commitment can be better understood and lead to development.

  • Use readily available tools/recognised approaches that you can learn together your team can increase its capacity to have difficult, challenging conversations with confidence that will in turn unlock the potential for greater collaboration and efficacy.

  • Create an environment  that is challenging enough to be productive and safe enough to be enjoyable.

  • Encourage and support your team to take themselves seriously and step up to their roles
